Who’s ready for Fargo?

Our Advanced Group (ages 10 through high school) will spend an intense week preparing for the biggest stage of the summer. With 2–3 practices each day, wrestlers will focus on high-level drilling, live wrestling, recovery, competition, and building the confidence needed to perform at their best.

Congratulations to our athletes that competed at duals this weekend. Betterman Elite had a great showing!

Mason Betterman completed for the u14 dual team taking 9th in Greco and 13th in Freestyle he went 6-2 freestyle and 5-3 Greco.

Jarek Gallagos and Vincent Torres helped lead the 16U boys dual team to an 8th place finish in Greco Roman. this was the 16U dual team first all American status since 2022.

Two of our Betterman Alumni killed it in Lima, Peru this weekend at the u23 Pan American Championships.

Congratulations Kennith Crosby (55kg) and Soren Herzog (97kg) for taking home Gold Medals for Team USA!! 🥇🥇🇺🇸

Congratulations to our athletes that competed this weekend at Elementary duals & RMN!

Josiah Gonzales competed on the boys Elementary dual team where they took 9th in Greco and 10th in Freestyle.

Coach Ellis, Arielli Coleman and Elliara Coleman were on the Girls Elementary dual team that took 7th place in both Greco and Freestyle.

Day 2 Back to Basics Kids Camp.

Another fun day of wrestling and getting a little better. Today’s 2 sessions of wrestling focused on top and bottom, breaking down the stand up, sit out and different break downs from top. For our fun activity in between sessions we hiked through Garden of the Gods ⛰️ 🤼‍♂️

Day 1 of Back to the Basic Kids Camp kicked off yesterday morning with 2 wrestling sessions and a play break at the park. ☀️ Great group of kids putting that summer work in and having fun doing it!! 💪🏻
