What a day in the gym yesterday! 🏀 Our Labor Day Clinic was SOLD OUT, the energy was high, and we loved every minute of putting in work and getting better before season.

No school Monday = the perfect excuse to get in the gym. 🏀

Our Labor Day Skills Clinic is built for athletes who want to use the extra day to compete, get intentional reps in, and walk into the season a little more prepared than they were before.

And y’all — spots are filling FAST. We’re keeping this clinic limited to 25 athletes so every player gets quality work.

Labor Day plans = handled. 🏀

Join us at 31 HOOPS for a high-paced, high-energy Labor Day Skills Clinic built to get athletes sharper, faster, and more confident before the season starts.

We’ll be working on:
• Ball handling + control
• Footwork + movement
• Finishing + scoring
• Game-speed decision making
• Skill development that translates to the court

Open to 1st–12th grade athletes, with players broken into groups based on age, skill, and experience level so everyone is challenged where they are.

📆LABOR DAY: SEPTEMBER 7 (School is OUT)
⌚️9:00–11:00 AM
$50 per athlete
❌ONLY 25 SPOTS
