Hey everyone! Due to the change in location for the entry and cleaning some questionable substance off the floor in the front entryway and weight room, we would greatly appreciate if everyone brings a change of clean shoes for the gym (preferably). We understand that not everyone has two pairs of shoes, so at a bare minimum we ask that you use the wipes we have set by the chairs to thoroughly clean off your shoes before tracking gravel or other substances through the yoga area. Don’t worry, the kids and I spent all afternoon into the evening vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing the whole floor on both sides. ❤️ Please help us keep it as clean as possible through the construction 🚧

Good morning!
Construction on the front sidewalk has begun! All of our members need to use the back door for the next few days.
Parking is not available directly in front of the gym, so we kindly ask that all members park on West Front Street next to Mineral Springs Park so we aren’t clogging up the limited parking for all of the businesses directly across from us. Please do not park in the back gravel alleyway - leave that for the business owners, building tenants, and police force / emergency services to drive through. 
Members are able to walk up the gravel alleyway in the back and access the suite B door, and we will leave a couple chairs in the back hallway for changing shoes.
We will also be sending this out in an email shortly to all of our members. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience.

As we are gearing up for the kids going back to school, we will not have any staffed hours tonight or tomorrow due to orientations. We will re-adjust and have some staffed hours on Friday from 10am-2pm and can also accommodate by appointment on Sunday. Just send us a message if you would like to book a facility tour or need assistance with signups! ❤️
