C-M JH athletes - Dave Bracewell is volunteering his time to work with our kids to better themselves.

Workouts with Dave today (Sunday) at 4pm @ HS. Workout normally run from 4pm to 5-5:15ish. Enter through North entrance.

Dave will also have workouts Mon-Thurs this week right after school that will get over between 4:30pm-5pm (no Friday workout). If your child attends any workout during the week, please plan accordingly to have them picked up by 5pm @ North entrance.

Don’t forget 7th/8th graders are welcome to join weight room workout with Dave Bracewell today at 4pm. Enter at North entrance of school by stadium entrance. Please do not show up super early expecting to get in as Dave helps set up for football meals before then.
