Mt Itasca is seeking a motivated and dependable Inside Manager to help oversee daily inside operations while providing exceptional guest experiences. This position plays a key role in customer service, staff support, social media management, and event coordination during operational hours.
Position Responsibilities
* Train and support team members to ensure efficient daily operations
* Provide outstanding customer service to guests and visitors
* Manage and update Mt Itasca social media platforms
* Respond to customer questions, comments, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
* Assist with scheduling and coordinating events and reservations
* Work inside operations during business hours, including evenings and weekends
* Maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
* Help ensure the facility remains organized, welcoming, and guest-ready
Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED required
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong customer service and organizational abilities
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Must be available to work evenings and weekends
* Previous leadership, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
Schedule
* Part-time, hours vary
* Evening and weekend availability required
Pay
*$18-$23 depending on qualifications
