Buns To Go will be coming to our Mountain Music celebration this afternoon! We will also have ice cream from Borealis Creamery on hand.

The skies might be a little hazy this afternoon, but the latest forecasts show smoke concentrations will remain relatively low during our music event. The air quality alerts that are in place are primarily for smoke that may drift in from the east overnight into tomorrow morning, and our event will have ended by then.

Maybe you're wondering about smoke tomorrow for our scheduled music event. Here's the latest forecast from the HRRR model, showing near-surface smoke concentrations near 5 micrograms per cubic meter, well below the unhealthy limit of 35 micrograms per cubic meter. Temperatures will be warm (high in mid-80s, most likely) but not sweltering, and it should start cooling off during the evening.

Many thanks to this wonderfully skilled crew from Minnesota Power who installed the pipe for extensions to our snowmaking system. We got the work done much faster than we expected!
