Dear Iron Cave Training Family,

Effective immediately, children will no longer be permitted inside the gym facility, even if they are participating in training sessions.

This decision was not made lightly. However, the safety and well-being of everyone who enters our facility will always be our number one priority.

With heavy equipment, weights, and active training sessions taking place throughout the gym, we must take the necessary precautions to maintain a safe and focused environment for all members.
