This fasting is for a breakthrough in your HEALTH and SPIRITUALLY. You DO NOT need to be a member of V.W.G, anyone can join.

You may also add on to your own personal list if you wish to add anything else you're needing a BREAKTHROUGH for.

*Eat breakfast every day. Skipping breakfast can leave you hungry, tired, and looking for less healthy foods later in the day.

* Plan healthy meals

* Buy fewer soft drinks and high fat/high calorie snack foods like chips, cookies, and candy. These snacks are OK once in a while, but keep healthy snack foods on hand too.

* Eat fast food less often. When you visit a fast food restaurant, try the healthier options offered.

Exciting news to share with you ladies! Check out this new machine at Virtuous Women Gym 🔥

This machine right here will always be a reminder to me that God is answering my prayers.

One Sunday night, I was tossing and turning unable to sleep ( I had taken an energy drink 😬). I started reading, and praying. As I was praying I envisioned THIS EXACT machine in my garage.

Next day, at my 6:30 pm class. I had a special visitor. This visitor and I started having a conversation and somehow this machine was mentioned and was being told they were going to purchase it 😭😭😭

This person had no idea I had just prayed for this machine. AND the very next day my prayer was answered. I’m still in awe with GOD. He is a good, good Father. Every time I use this machine, or even look at it, it will remind me of the Goodness of God 🙏🏼♥️🌈
