Our Little Rollers program introduces our youngest students (ages 4-5) to Jiu Jitsu through movement, play, and exploration.

Age-appropriate games and drills develop coordination, balance, and foundational grappling movements, all while building their focus, listening skills, teamwork, and confidence to prepare them for the Middle Rollers program (ages 6-8).

New students can try a practice for feee — and this summer, we’re offering an 8-week program for kids with no experience.

3 age groups. One flat rate.

When you train at Precision, you’ll immediately notice a difference in the way we train. Every session is built around clear goals and guided tasks that help you improve through discovery, not repetition.

We intentionally avoid a cookie-cutter approach. We don’t rely on memorized techniques or static drilling. Instead, we approach grappling problems through live-resisted “games” that reflect what grappling actually is.

Every practice is designed with intention, structure, and purpose to help you develop solutions that fit your own unique body type, mindset, and style.

Our belief is that grappling isn’t something you learn from instruction alone. It must be experienced.

The training room is not a classroom. It’s a lab.

Congratulations to Young Rhett for his promotion to gray-white belt in last night’s Middle Rollers class!

He recently turned in his strongest performance to date in competition, stepping up in both weight and skill, to capture triple gold 🥇🥇🥇 at

More important than any competition results, Rhett has developed an impressive level of focus, coordination, and body awareness since joining our program.

He truly loves Jiu Jitsu. His parents tell me he wakes up every day and asks “Do I have jiu jitsu today?!”

I’ve challenged him to become a leader, to set positive examples, and to elevate other students in the program.

We are proud of him for his dedication and look forward to his continued growth on the mats!

The Precision Kids stepped up to the stage at the most recent event here in Des Moines and put on a solid performance!

With only 5 kids, they finished 3rd as a team, posting the highest winning percentage of any team with 20 or more matches.

🥇🥇🥇 Rhett turned in his strongest performance to date, going 6-0 for triple gold and earning second runner-up for Future Stars Most Valuable Grappler.

🥇🥇 Fresh off his promotion to gray belt, Ethan went 4-0 with 3 submissions to earn double gold.

🥈🥈 Tristan showcased his continued growth with a double silver performance including wins over two opponents who had previously beaten him.

🥉🥉 Henry showed substantial improvement, going 2-2 on the day for double bronze.

🥈🥈 Ryan stepped up against the teenagers once again, and while he only walked away with a single victory, he proved he can handle adversity and is hungry to keep building.

Couldn’t be more proud of this group.
