Last month Kelly Wolfe became the first Precision student to reach 300 practices!

Anybody who has practiced at Precision knows…
That’s not 75 hours of sh*****ng up and down the mat,
or another 75-150 hours of “going through the motions” drilling.
That’s 300+ full hours of skill building against real live resistance.

He has averaged 3.33 practices per week for almost two years now and he’s got the skills to show for it.

He’s got the stickiest feet in the room.
He’s got one of the trickiest guards (and bottom sides) in the room.
He’s one of the most difficult to entangle in the room.

He shows up almost every morning.
He helps new people.
He trains with everybody.

He’s the oldest guy in the room and he recently found out that he has High T 💪🏼

Do you have a kid who struggles when things get hard?

When they lose, they shut down.
When something feels difficult, they quit.
When they make a mistake, they stop trying.

Every parent needs to hear this … your child isn’t weak or lazy.

They just haven’t had enough opportunities to practice being resilient.

Resilience isn’t something every kid is born with.

It’s a skill and like every skill, we have to practice it.

Some kids naturally handle challenges well.
Others need more opportunities to build those muscles.

I won’t give them answers.
I’ll give them problems.
I’ll give them a safe environment to solve them. And the guidance to discover the “answer” on their own.

They will struggle.
They will adapt.
They will succeed.
And along the way they’ll build something far more valuable than a new move.

That is how kids become confident.
That is how kids become resilient.
That’s how kids learn that being challenged isn’t something to fear, but something to embrace so that they can grow.

Our goal is not just to build better grapplers, but to build more capable, confident, resilient kids that are prepared to handle any challenge life throws at them.

The Governor takes on the Openweight Champ with a twist! 👨🏻👑

Spencer Micheal Oberbroeckling has the 3rd most wins in Orbit history as he stands 6-3 with four submission victories. As the former cruiserweight champion, former gi openweight champion, and current openweight champion, Oberbroeckling sits at No. 3 on the men’s pound-for-pound rankings and has a decisive claim as the second greatest men’s athlete in Orbit history. He looks to claim his seventh Orbit win and join Kyle Geraghty and Jordan Mills with the most pro OSS wins!

Iowa’s Governor of Grappling | Jordan “Jitsu” Peitzman looks for his second submission victory under the Orbit banner after a decision loss in his last appearance challenging cruiserweight champ Rick Glenn for his belt. Although only 1-2, he has yet to be submitted in his losses which has earned him the No. 13 spot on the men’s pound-for-pound rankings.

The twist? These men will face off in Orbit’s first No-Pants Gi match! Although Oberbroeckling’s Openweight championship isn’t on the line, a top spot on the pound-for-pound rankings is!
