One of the things I love most about teaching Zumba is finding fun ways to keep our bodies moving and our hearts pumping! ❤️ We incorporated sticks into our workout, adding a whole new level of energy, coordination, and cardio.

Mixing things up not only keeps class exciting, but it also challenges different muscle groups, improves endurance, and helps boost that heart rate in a fun way. No boring workouts here! 🙌

Whether we’re dancing, using sticks, or trying something new, the goal is always the same: move, sweat, smile, and have FUN while getting stronger together.

Thank you to everyone who brings the energy every class. You make fitness feel like a party! 🎉💪

Lifting weights builds muscle, but Zumba feeds the soul! ❤️
