Tonight, Clinton High School honored the Clinton Yellowjacket Tennis Teams. It was another historic year for Yellowjacket tennis in 2025 as the Jackets continued their Winning Tradition. The 2025 season saw the program bring home its first ever state championship and its second ever trip to the Overall State Tennis Tournament.

The Jacket’s Boys Doubles team of Noah Calhoun and Carson Raboin were District Champs
and reached the State Final Four.
The Lady Yellowjacket’s Girls Team finished both District and State Runner-up!
The Lady Yellowjackets Girls Doubles team of Kaelyn Lasley and Lexi Wallace were District
Doubles Champions and the 2025 4A STATE CHAMPIONS!
And Our coach of the year every year Tammy Johnson..It was her 15th year as Head Coach
of the Yellowjackets a program started by her former coach and mother-in-law Polly
Johnson. If you're looking for success and consistency look no further than the Clinton
Yellowjacket tennis program. Year in year out the program produces singles and doubles
champions as well as district championship teams and now State Champions! The
program doesn't rebuild it just reloads and as Coach J always says Tennis is a Lifetime
Sport!
