R&S Mommy and Me- provides basic survival techniques for infants, toddlers and pre-k children (Dads and Moms are welcome)

R&S Sport- provides technique

s for those who need to use the water for rehabbing sore muscles and joints. Great for pre-and post surgical procedures , such as knee and hip

R&S AQUA HIIT- provides a high impact aqua aerobics and geared towards high caloric burn. R&S Private lessons- provides one on one training with Coach Andre.
