A little announcement for trainers, coaches or cross-fitters..... I am moving on in December, leaving the fitness business and Austin, behind. That leaves me with some options and turning over the gym to new owners is one of them. So, if you've been chomping at the bit to open your own gym and a turn-key opportunity is something you're interested in, get at me before somebody else takes it. My business thrived almost from day 1 and has been that way for 9 years. There's no reason you can't do the same

The one and only Donnie Thompson is bringing his "Super D Performance Therapy Clinic" to Austin, Texas. We have the date, location and itinerary set for May 16th at 9am. It is designed primarily for athletes in the strength sports: Weightlifters, Powerlifters, Strongman/woman, Kettlebell lifters and yes, cross-fitters smile emoticon Donnie has designed some amazing protocols to protect, mobilize and strengthen the ankle, knees, hips, low back and shoulders. Space is limited and the information is plentiful. Because there is so much valuable info to absorb, we're not able to take more than 20 attendees.
