Most parents don't sign their kids up for Jiu-Jitsu because they want them to learn arm bars.

They sign them up because they want their child to be more confident.

More disciplined.

More resilient.

They want them to have friends, positive role models, and something that challenges them in a healthy way.

They want their child to know how to stand up for themselves without becoming a bully.

They want them to learn that hard things are worth doing.

The techniques are important, but they're only part of the story.

What we're really teaching is how to keep showing up, how to handle setbacks, how to respect others, and how to believe in yourself even when something doesn't come easily.

The best part?

Most kids don't even realize that's what they're learning.

They just think they're having fun.

It’s Thursday. You already know what that means. 👊

Kids 5–9 hit the mats at 5PM.
Fundamentals at 6PM for anyone wanting to build a strong foundation.
Then we finish the night with 10 Round Thursday at 7PM. Ten 5-minute rounds. Pace yourself or push the gas. Either way, you’ll leave better than you walked in.

Good people. Hard rounds. No ego.

Friendly reminder: your kids are capable of doing hard things.

Hard conversations. Hard workouts. Hard moments where they want to quit but choose not to.

That’s what we build on the mats.

Confidence doesn’t come from being told “good job” all the time. It comes from overcoming challenges, learning discipline, handling frustration, and realizing “wait… I can do this.”

Our kids classes challenge them mentally and physically in the best way possible ❤️
