What a turnout for another fantastic Wing Fest! With 150 people and 1,600 wings cooked for our Battle of the Wings, you helped make this year one to remember!
Congratulations to our new champion, Shannon Skipper who took the title by just ONE vote! Every competitor served outstanding wings, and that close finish proves it. A big thank-you to Ryan Stevens and Jonathan Davis for showing up and showing off their skills!
We are especially grateful to Food City for donating all 1,600 wings in support of this great cause. Your generosity helped make it all possible!
And last but certainly not least—Donnie from Food City on Ocoee cut up all 1,600 wings! Shannon Skipper may have won the battle, but Donnie is number one in our book. Somebody get that man a crown!
Thank you to everyone who came out, cooked, voted, and supported us. We’re grateful for this community and can’t wait to do it again!
