One of the most requested changes since opening has been more heated classes, and we’re so excited to finally make it happen!
Starting in June:
🔥 HEATED CLASSES: Monday • Wednesday • Friday
☀️NON-HEATED CLASSES: Tuesday • Thursday • Saturday
This schedule allows us to create the best experience possible for everyone while also giving the studio enough time to properly cool down between classes. As much as we’ve loved offering a mix throughout the day, it’s been difficult to maintain consistent temperatures with classes running back-to-back heated & cooled.
Now you’ll know exactly what to expect when booking:
🔥 Want the sweat, challenge, and heated experience? Join us on M/W/F.
☀️ Prefer room-temperature classes? T/TH/S is for you.
