Honor. Sacrifice. Brotherhood.

On June 20th at 8:30 AM, CrossFit Blue Light will be hosting the SF Regiment Honor WOD, a workout honoring the legacy, service, and sacrifice of the United States Army Special Forces, the Green Berets.

For us, this one is personal.

Special Forces has been woven into the fabric of our gym since day one. The name Blue Light itself is a tribute to Project Blue Light and the men who helped shape the Special Forces community. Many of our members, families, and friends have served alongside or supported those who wear the Green Beret.

This workout isn’t about your score, your time, or where you finish.

It’s about remembering those who came before us, honoring those who continue to serve, and supporting those who have sacrificed so much.

Participation is free. We simply ask that you make a donation to the Special Forces Trust, an organization dedicated to supporting Green Berets and their families.

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete, a first-time visitor, military, civilian, young, or old, we invite you to join us.

Our Kids Summer CrossFit program is back at CrossFit Blue Light, and we are ready for SIX weeks of fitness, fun, games, confidence building, and nonstop energy! 💪🎉

This is the perfect way to keep your kids active this summer while they make friends, learn movement skills, burn energy, and HAVE FUN in a safe, encouraging environment.

Each session includes:
🏃 Kid-friendly workouts
🎯 Games & fun activities
💥 Confidence & teamwork building
😄 Tons of laughs and movement

📅 Mondays 4–5 PM

Not every gym feels like this.

Laughing between sets. Pushing each other when it gets hard. Celebrating wins, both big and small. happy about ending up flat on the floor together after a workout. That’s what makes Blue Light different.

THE OPEN IS NEAR!!
This year we will be partnering up with to host the open. They love our community and we love theirs, so it made a lot of sense to have a bigger party than two small ones. Join us for Friday Night Lights!
Feb 27 @ Blue Light at 5pm
Mar 6 @ DCL at 5pm
Mar 13 @ Blue Light at 5pm

Our Prom will be April 11 starting at 5pm. Formal wear encouraged, or your best version of formal wear. We will have a separate post with more details and a link to purchase tickets coming soon.
