We closed a chapter this week. We will for sure miss this place, but it’s not about the 4 walls. We are honored to be a place that brings people together and develops lasting friendships. Thank you so much for supporting us at this location for the past 13 years, even in the heat of summer. And also for making this move a little less overwhelming for us. We love and appreciate each and every one of you. This is not the end, we are moving on to new beginnings and making new memories!

Tonight was a little bittersweet—celebrating Blair and our last boxing class at The Studio. ❤️
I’ve always said these classes are about so much more than the workout. It’s the relationships we build, the laughs, the encouragement, and the people who keep showing up for each other. I’m so thankful for this crew and all the memories we’ve made here.
The location may be changing, but this group isn’t done yet. 🥊❤️
