Congratulations to Cole on a promotion he earned the hard way, by showing up.

Cole didn't just attend class, he trained with intention. Open mats weren't free time, they were lab time: drilling specific positions, asking the questions, and taking full ownership of his own progress.

That's OWN IT in action. No excuses, no shortcuts, just a guy taking responsibility for his own journey, one session at a time.
