In our blog we also share recent successful experiences on difficult jobs. For example:

the customer with a 2019 Uforce 800 that wouldn't start sometimes- and when it would, it would randomly shut off and not start back.

After some very extensive electrical diagnostics, we found that the machine was losing spark on one cylinder and also losing power to the fuel pump. Sometimes it would have spark with no fuel pump power and vice-versa. Sometimes it would run normally. We checked and cleaned all grounds, bench tested multiple electrical components, cleaned and greased multiple electrical connections, but the problem still persisted intermittently. Technical support from CFmoto was very helpful in giving us ideas on where to look for the issue, but finally decided that we should replace the whole EFI wiring harness. Our technician wanted to give it one last shot, started back from square one, and found that a pin inside of a hidden sub harness connector was corroded due to water intrusion. We repaired the wiring harness, and re-routed the harness to avoid the water and mud that caused the problem. Because of our diligence our customer avoided a potentially expensive job.
