Attention LOCO's (Ladies Of Compass Only):

Our next Meeting/Training Session is coming up this Saturday, August 8th at 1:00pm. Our agenda and training plan will involve "Situational Awareness!" Which is a very important aspect of self defense. There will be a portion of the class in our AIR CONDITIONED class room and a short shooting session on the range pad.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE: Sign up for this class as soon as possible if you wish to attend. Sign up by visiting us at the Range OR call us at (928) 848-9885. Letting us know you are attending greatly helps us plan and schedule our professional training staff.

It’s hard to believe that we have been open for seven years! We’ll be having a celebration tomorrow for our alumni students! 
From 9 AM to 4 PM all of our alumni students from our classes will be welcome to the Range to participate in rifle, pistol and medical training. The medical training will be in our air-conditioned classroom.

A great week at Compass Training Center even with the crazy weather. Our instructors volunteer their time to Teach. The YMCA campers had to shoot. We also had AR fundamentals class today, got done just before the rain.

As a reminder to everyone, hydration is paramount this time of year (actually all the time here).
If you’re at the range or just relaxing at home you need to drink fluids (not caffeinated) such as water or electrolytes.
By the time you’re thirsty it is tooooo late!!!! Monitor how many times you have used the restroom and color.
If you feel a bit “off” get yourself to shade, AC, just out of the heat and humidity. Drink more than you think you need and when done, drink more!!!
