We have some strong young men here. Chilhowie’s own Calvin Eller and Santiago Mendoza have officially qualified for the 2026 National America’s Strongest Teen.

The Barbell will close at 3 PM today to accommodate our staff's participation in a Strongman competition.
We will be open our regular Sunday hours from 6 AM to Midnight.

In observance of Memorial Day, we will be opening later than normal tomorrow morning. Thank you to all who have served and to the families who continue to sacrifice.

Loading lengthened and shortened positions through range of motion is conditioning.
Not flashy or the funnest but upper body conditioning is necessary for every sport!
