New look. Same Hardware. Stronger than ever. 💙💚

This renovation is more than paint, new turf, and fresh floors. It’s a reflection of who we’ve become.

Hardware has always been about building strength, confidence, and community. As we’ve grown, it was time for our space to grow with us.

To every member who has trusted us, supported us, and made this place feel like home, thank you. You helped build this.

Whether you’ve been with us since day one or you’re thinking about joining us for the first time, we can’t wait for you to experience the new Hardware.

Here’s to new goals, new PRs, and the next chapter.

Welcome to the Gym You Love, Reimagined. 💙💚

🎃 It’s OCTOBER, Hardware fam and this month we’re celebrating someone who proves that sometimes the biggest fitness flex is simply showing up, doing the work, and surprising yourself along the way. 💪🏽✨

Meet our October Athlete of the Month: Kristina Y!

Kristina embodies something we believe deeply around here: progress doesn’t have to be dramatic to be meaningful.

Her fitness philosophy might be our favorite part: Keep showing up. Keep improving.

Not every goal needs to be a giant PR. Sometimes it’s being a little stronger. Moving a little better. Building habits you can sustain. Or doing something today that felt impossible a year ago.

And Kristina does exactly that — consistently, humbly, and while making our community better simply by being part of it.

Strong. Consistent. Curious. Team Small Box. 😉

We’re so lucky you found your way to Hardware, Kristina. October looks good on you. 🎃🍂💪🏽

We’re so excited to celebrate Nat, Hardware athlete member + art teacher, and seriously talented artist, as she shares her work in the upcoming “Practice What You Teach” art show!

Nat teaches art right in the community of Glencoe, making this show feel especially full-circle. ❤️

It’s kid-friendly! So grab your people, and come experience the creativity of a teacher who inspires young artists in the classroom and creates beautiful work of her own.

🖼️ Opening Event: Saturday, Sept. 26 | 3–5 PM
🎨 Show: Sept. 26–27 | Noon–5 PM
📍 AIR Gallery | 348 Tudor Ct., Glencoe

Come support Coach Karli this weekend! 🎶

If you’re looking for something fun (and free!) to do in Chicago, Coach Karli will be performing in the Grant Park Music Festival’s season finale: Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9 at the beautiful Jay Pritzker Pavilion!

📍 Jay Pritzker Pavilion, Millennium Park
🗓️ Tonight at 6:30 PM
🗓️ Saturday at 7:30 PM

Bring a blanket and relax on the Great Lawn, or grab a seat in the pavilion. It’s a perfect summer evening in the city, and we’d love to see some Hardware faces out there cheering on Coach Karli! ❤️🎼

🔥 It’s AUGUST, Hardware fam and this month’s spotlight goes to someone whose consistency shows up in everything he does, both in and out of the gym: our August Athlete of the Month, Ujwal M! 💪🏾✨

Here’s why we’re proud of Ujwal (and why he earned this): Ujwal has played sports his whole life and brings that same love of movement into the gym every day. Always up for exploring new food, new culture, and new challenges. He trains with purpose: better health, real strength, and a body built to keep up with life. As a new dad, staying consistent isn’t always easy — but you’d never know it watching him. His mobility and form speak for themselves, proof of the rhythm he’s built.

He’s a true bad ass in the best way — showing up for himself so he can keep showing up for his family. The kind of consistency that inspires the rest of us to do the same. We’re proud to have you in this community, Ujwal — this one’s well earned. 🙌🏾🔥

☀️ It’s JULY, Hardware fam — and just like the summer season, our July Athlete of the Month brings nothing but sunshine wherever she goes. This one’s for Sara B! 💪✨

Here’s why we’re proud of Sara (and why she earned it 😍 Sara is a hobby and side-quest connoisseur — always chasing something new, always bringing her full self to it. She’s a devoted dog mom to her doggo, Dolly, and a self-sufficient bad ass through and through.

Her commitment speaks for itself — just check out her progress videos and you’ll see exactly what we mean. Consistent, driven, and always showing up for herself and this community.

Sunshine, self-sufficiency, and serious dedication. We’re proud to have you in this community, Sara, this one’s well earned. 🙌☀️🐾
