Your Pilates era starts now. ✨

Our Pilates Sampler is back with new dates and times, running June 13-27 on Saturdays at 3 PM OR 4:30 PM. This three-session series takes place in our fully equipped studio and is designed to help you build strength, improve control, and feel more connected in every movement.

Led by Andrew, you’ll experience personalized instruction, real-time feedback, and a supportive small group environment with just five participants per class. Whether you’re just getting started or refining your practice, this is where progress happens.

🚧 Facility Update 🚧

We are currently completing several facility improvements, including painting, elevator work, and new window vinyl installation.

On Thursday (May 7th) morning, the window vinyl above our main entrance will be removed.

During this time, the main entrance will be temporarily closed. All members should enter through the South Exit Door (by the physical therapy entrance). Directional signage will be available on-site.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to enhance your experience.

Ricky has been a valuable and dedicated member of the Galter Life Center team since joining as a Membership Associate in 2022. Beyond his role in Membership, he consistently steps up as MOD and supports operations at the Courtesy Desk, demonstrating his versatility and commitment.

Ricky is always helpful and supportive, and his friendly, courteous demeanor sets him apart. He engages with both staff and members with genuine respect and kindness, helping create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.

You’ll not only find Ricky working hard during his shifts, but also sweating it out in classes and challenges—embracing the GLC spirit. We truly appreciate the care he shows for our members and the positive energy he brings each day.
