Summer workouts and open gyms are a great opportunity to build strength, improve skills, and develop team chemistry before the fall season begins. Consistent attendance helps athletes stay in shape, gain confidence, and sharpen their volleyball fundamentals in a competitive environment. The work put in during the summer often makes a significant difference in individual growth and team success when the season starts. Every workout and open gym is a chance to get better and be ready to compete at your highest level this fall.

Huge shoutout to our South Varsity team for finishing the season with an outstanding team GPA of 3.57! Your hard work in the classroom matched the dedication you showed on the court all season long.

Also proud to recognize this team for their sportsmanship, leadership, and the way they represented South every step of the way.
