AltaMeta Kenpo Ohana, a veteran owned/operated local business, provides personal improvement through a fitness program with a core-strength focus and self-defense emphasis in a family-integrated environment. Our fee schedule is structured to accommodate family training so as not to be overwhelming financially and to encourage familial bonding with all ages training simultaneously.

Think martial arts training isn’t for you? Our programs are adaptable to meet any student’s fitness level (even if you have no prior fitness training experience) and we endeavor to find a tailored path to fitness improvement for each student (even in the students with mobility limitations or disabilities).

Word of wisdom from Professor Corder:

Over the years, I’ve taught martial arts to many students. One theme I heard often—especially from adults—was the negative voice in their head: the inner critic that made it hard to build confidence or believe they could succeed.

It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of our Papa, Senior Grandmaster George Lim. Our deepest condolences go out to Tutu Patrice Lim and Papa’s family as well as the entire Lim Family Ohana. The best way to describe his life is that he lived for others. May we ever be grateful for the gifts that have been passed down to us, and we will honor his life by carrying on the tradition that we have so graciously been gifted. The picture is from the last time he visited us at AltaMeta Kenpo Ohana.
