SCAA Summer Softball Camps
SCAA is teaming up again with Catelyn Whaley & current high school and college players to host Summer Softball Camps for players ages 6-17 (unless otherwise noted) this summer! All Camps will be held at the SCAA Complex.

Softball All Skills Camp
Monday, July 13 - Wednesday, July 15
Times: 9:00am-1:00pm
Ages: 6 & up
Cost: $145 per player
The goal of the All Skills Camp is to improve each individual player's overall softball skills through high level instruction, drill participation and quality repetitions. Proper throwing, defense and hitting mechanics will be stressed throughout, as well as positional and team concept skills. Players will be grouped by age and ability levels to insure safety.

Softball Pitchers & Catchers Mini-Camp
Wednesday, August 18
Times: 9:00am-Noon
Ages: 7 & up
Cost: $65 per player
This is a position specific camp for ages 7-16. Players may register as catchers, pitchers, or both.
The goal is to improve each players overall skills in their position through high level instruction, drill participation, and quality repetitions. Players will be grouped by age and ability levels to insure safety.

Softball Hitting Mini-Camp
Thursday, August 19
Times: 9:00am-Noon
Ages: 6 & up
Cost: $65 per player
This is a specialty hitting camp that will focus entirely on developing a player's offensive softball skills. Players will rotate though a series of supervised stations, including batting cages. Players will also participate in hitting games and competitions designed to improve on an aggressive approach at the plate, proper grip, stance, routine, balance, stride/load, timing, bat path, contact points, extension, and proper finish.
