Our FINAL summer open gym is Saturday, August 22nd! There are still openings on the portal!

FAQ: What is Open Gym?

Open Gym is an unstructured but supervised opportunity to explore our 7200sqft Tumbling & Trampoline gym at your own pace. It's a time to have FUN with friends, practice skills, and try new things!

Attendees do not have to be currently enrolled in a class to attend, but everyone must pre-register and prepay through the parent portal as there are a limited number of openings (no refunds for no shows).

Dates and times are added each month on the parent portal! For safety reasons, Open Gym is divided into two age groups: 5 & younger and 6 & older (children 3 and under must have adult supervision).

Wow, it's August!?

This week is the FINAL week of summer classes and 19 athletes compete at the AAU Junior Olympic Games this week! Happy Handstands to ALL!

I did get caught up on registration requests last week but know there are a few piling up again. I am not through all my emails/messages. If you are waiting on a response from me, I am trying to work through them a couple at a a time.

These past 2-3 weeks are the busiest time at Cherokee Tumbling (add on top of it Junior Olympics this week) Thank you for understanding I am doing my best to get back to everyone!

Registration Update - 7/28/26: I am still having an issue with the system auto wait-listing some enrollment requests. This halted registration approvals over the weekend as I could not call into customer support and they need to be able to "see" the mistake to be able to track it on their end.

I am starting to work through them now but I have 3 small children at home with me during the day, so progress is slow. I do apologize if you are waiting on an approval or email reply. I am hoping by this evening I am caught back up.

**EMAIL IS BEST!! I can keep track of everything way easier if I'm not trying to remember where I saw a message. It also helps me work through everything faster if I'm not swapping back and forth between platforms/devices!

I am so sorry but something is not right with our parent portal and I am on the phone with them trying to get it fixed. I will update here and via email when registration will be back online.

New Family registration opens in 1 week!

All athletes ages 2-3 will enroll in Tumble Tots and all athletes ages 4-5 will enroll in Kindergym. New athletes (or athletes who are returning after a long absence) ages 6+ must be evaluated prior to registration. Ages are as of September 15th.
