Tomorrow is the first time I will be bringing my crystal bowls to yoga class to offer a nice, long Savasana with the soothing crystal bowl vibrations.
I have been learning, training and practicing for over a year - as with any new skill, this places me as a beginner and I have great respect for this craft and for those who have dedicated years to mastering the art sound healing. At this point, I am feeling eager to get some feedback from people other than family!☺️

I absolutely love getting surprise nature signs...they take me right out of the mind. Owls, feathers, crazy looking bugs, hawks, I even found a huge antler once! Last week these little guys were visiting me. 😍

Significance: transformation, cleansing & renewal. 🐸
