This weekend, we're shining into summer with Utthita Trikonasana (Extended Triangle Pose) - a posture that stretches the sides of the body, strengthens the legs, and helps improve balance.

✨ Quick alignment tip:
Think "long" before "low." Reach through both sides of your waist and keep your chest open as you extend into the pose.

Mark your calendars - Yoga for Beginners is right around the corner. ✨

Starting this Sunday, June 7th, join Lauren each week from 10:30–11:30am for thoughtfully planned classes designed to help you build confidence and learn the foundations of yoga at a comfortable pace.

Expect gentle movement, clear guidance, and plenty of space for questions along the way. No experience needed - all levels welcome, especially beginners. 🌿

All mats and props are provided at no extra cost.
