This therapeutic style of yoga calms the nervous system, helping you unwind, sleep more deeply, and feel rejuvenated.


Through supported postures, healing touch, and intentional rest, Sam invites a total sense of letting go. Give yourself permission to relax. Your body and mind will thank you.


This workshop is appropriate for all levels. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Celebrate the Summer Solstice with Blossom this Sunday, June 21, 3-4:30. Come embrace the vitality of the season with practices that channel the vibrant and vital energy (Prana). We’ll engage the body fully in this celebration through movement, breath, mudra, poetry, and nourishment.

Relax, sink into stillness, and reset your nervous system with Sam next Sunday, June 28, 5-6:30. The BIG Relax is a perfect mini break to help you ease into summer.

Start your 4th of July celebration with us at NOW. Choose a vigorous Vinyasa practice with Destiny or a mindful Gentle Flow with Jada then join us in the yogayard for social time and biscuits by Rocky Hollow Bakery.

Need a mid-summer pause? Katie’s got ya covered! A day of practice, community, swimming, and hiking at her wooded homestead with swimming pool, creek, and delicious shade will leave you rested and refreshed.

Savasana in the yogayard is a delicious treat with the sound of the water fountain and the sail shades rubbing together in a gentle breeze.

In this 90-minute offering, we’ll slow down enough to listen—to our breath, to our bodies, and to the quiet wisdom within. Through a gentle sequence of mindful movement, breathwork, guided journaling, and deep rest, we will experience what it means to come home to ourselves.

We live in increasingly noisy times, pulled in a thousand directions and stories that are not our own. This embodied practice is an invitation to turn inward—to detach, discern, and remember who we are when we return to stillness
