Before 7th grade, Briella already knows what she wants.

She wants to play volleyball at the highest level possible.

She knows club volleyball is right around the corner.

She knows earning playing time at North Hagerstown won't come easy.

And she knows hoping isn't a plan.

That's why she's investing in her athleticism now.

Because when the opportunity comes, she doesn't want to be fighting for a spot on the roster.

When time is limited, you find a way.

Jules is a sports ju**ie, playing flag football and basketball year-round on multiple teams. Basketball is her passion, and with a schedule that stays packed, extra time isn't exactly easy to find.

So she makes it.

Jules knocks out her training at 6:30 AM, and 50 sessions later, that commitment is showing.

Playing more games is easy when you love sports. Getting up early to put in the work that makes you a better athlete takes a different kind of commitment.

This fall we are focused on Acceleration.

Acceleration is the first three steps out of a cut, off the line, or out of a stop. It's what gets a soccer player past a defender, a guard past their check, a receiver open at the line. Team sports are built on starting, stopping, cutting, and re-accelerating, over and over, all game long.

This month we opened enrollment for Acceleration Academy. It's a focused block of training built around sprint mechanics, force production, plyometrics, and resistance work, tracked every session so you can actually see the improvement.

When Kaisy first started training as a freshman, the goal was simple.

Make varsity.

She understood that skill alone wouldn't get her there. She needed to become a stronger, faster, and more explosive athlete if she wanted the opportunity to compete at the varsity level.

So she committed to the work.

Now, as she heads into her junior year, the goal has changed.

It's about dominating.

It's about being the athlete the other team doesn't want to see on the other side of the net.

The work she's put in over the past two years has built more than just a better athlete. It's built the foundation to play her game without hesitation and to separate herself when the competition is at its best.

Proud of how far you've come, Kaisy. The best is still ahead. ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ’ช
