On Monday, May 25 we will not have a traditional EveryMom Fitness workout because we will be participating in the Fieldhouse Murph Challenge. You are welcome to join us! Modifications are available for all exercises and we have a few tank tops and shirts available for purchase.

All proceeds from shirt sales benefit

The Murph Challenge is:
- 1 mile run
- 100 pull-ups
- 200 push-ups
- 300 squats
- 1 mile run

Coach Erica will be there at 10am to assist with modifications.
