After day 2 of Jucing cleanse
*down another 2.2 pounds
*down another .6% body fat
* increase .4% muscle .
Long and late day yesterday so I dint get to juice for today so I will eat all my fruits and veggies 😋 I would be juicing
1 small green apple
Half cucumber
Handful of carrot chips
Handful of spinach
Pinch of fresh ginger
1 lime juice squeeze
Plus a dash of himalayan salt for tast in this little yummy 🥗
