* increase .4% muscle .

Long and late day yesterday so I dint get to juice for today so I will eat all my fruits and veggies 😋 I would be juicing

1 small green apple
Half cucumber
Handful of carrot chips
Handful of spinach
Pinch of fresh ginger
1 lime juice squeeze
Plus a dash of himalayan salt for tast in this little yummy 🥗

Two years ago, a single workout could set me back 3–4 weeks because of my back injury.
Today… I trained chest 💪
I’m not 100% yet — still putting in daily physical therapy and staying patient with the process — but I’ve come a long way. I’m finally back to training consistently 4–6 days a week, giving my body the structure, recovery, and respect it needs.
Right now, I’m keeping it simple and intentional: 1 muscle group per day
4–5 exercises
3–4 sets each
This allows me to really focus on the muscle, control the movement, and give it the time it needs to recover.
And here’s the truth a lot of people overlook: Muscle doesn’t grow because of how heavy you lift. It doesn’t know if it’s 5 lbs or 80 lbs. It grows from the QUALITY of stress, time under tension, and how intentional you are with every rep.
I’m feeling strong. I’m feeling confident. But most importantly — I’m training SMART and SAFE.
This season isn’t about ego lifting… It’s about longevity, discipline, and rebuilding stronger than before 🔥
