TEASER Program on the TrainHeroic app is LIVE! This program includes 4 weekly workouts ranging from 30-45+ minutes and can be done at home or at the gym. The only equipment you need is a set of dumbbells and a mat.
TEASER combines strength training, mobility/flexibility exercises and traditional Pilates Mat exercises created by Joseph Pilates.
All warm up, strength, Pilates and cool down stretching exercises have a video and written cues to watch and follow. This program is so versatile and you can add in a walk, jog, run or ride before, during or after if you want to make the workouts longer.
