As we approach our 10-year mark at Girls Gone Buff, I find myself reflecting on the moments when I honestly thought about closing the doors, especially around year seven. It was a hard season. Burnout was real. Costs were rising. I spent a lot of time thinking about how to make more money instead of why I started in the first place.
Then something shifted.
I made changes. I simplified. I protected my energy. And slowly, the burnout faded and I fell back in love with my gym.
Doing anything for 10 years is hard. It’s something to be proud of. A full decade of building, showing up, and believing in a space created to make people stronger, not just physically, but in confidence, in health, and in life.
Girls Gone Buff is a place where you get stronger, move better, feel better about yourself, and yes, live longer. That part is just facts.
To the ones who walked through the doors in the early days.
To the ones who stayed.
To the ones who are here now.
Thank you for loving this place. Thank you for showing up. Because without you, there is no Girls Gone Buff.
