As the 2026 season comes to a close, we want to recognize the foundation that makes the Grand Lake Mariners possible: our incredible host families.

Without you, there would be no Grand Lake Mariners.

Because of your generosity, our players, coaches, and interns have a place to call home each summer. You make Grand Lake a place where they can grow, pursue their dreams, build lifelong friendships, and create memories that will last forever.

We also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Spiritual Center of Maria Stein in Montezuma for their continued partnership and generosity in housing players throughout the season. Their support helps ensure every Mariner has a place to call home, and we're incredibly grateful for all they do for our organization.

This season was one for the history books. From reaching the GLSCL Championship Series for the first time since 2017 to bringing home the program's first GLSCL Championship since 2006, none of it would have been possible without the people who welcomed our team into the community.

Whether it was a home-cooked meal, cheering from the stands, words of encouragement, or simply making them feel like family, your impact reached far beyond the baseball field.

You gave our players, coaches, and interns more than a place to stay. You gave them a home. Because of you, they were able to focus on becoming the best versions of themselves and make history together.

From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for investing in this organization and the people who wear "Grand Lake" across their chest. You didn't just support a baseball team, but you helped create a championship season. 🏆💙
