Muscles are built in the gym. But the kitchen often determines whether you get to see them 💪

Connie has never been afraid of hard work.

She shows up, puts in the effort, and trains consistently. The InBody scans have always reflected that dedication, showing a strong amount of muscle mass and a solid foundation of strength.

But Connie had a different goal: she wanted her hard work to be more visible.

So she decided to pair her training with nutrition coaching with .r.renner

In just the first two weeks, Connie has already lost 6 pounds of body fat while continuing to support the muscle she’s worked so hard to build. More importantly, she’s creating habits that will help her continue making progress long after the initial results.

This is a great reminder that fitness isn’t just about what happens during your workout. Training and nutrition work together. When you combine consistent exercise with a nutrition plan that supports your goals, that’s when things really start to click.

We’re proud of the work Connie is putting in and excited to watch what happens next. 💪

Competition week is here!!!

We have the biggest group of competitors ever at the

We have people competing every day of the comp so if you have the time and opportunity come and support them! We posted the heats to our stories yesterday but we'll post them again closer to comp time.

Spectator tickets are live at the bio. You can get one day or more passes.

If you cannot make it to Daytona make sure to wish the athletes the best vibes and tune in to the lives to cheer them on!

🚴‍♂️ Endurance Class kicked off this morning.
At first glance, you might notice that not everyone is on the same part of the workout at the same time.

And that’s exactly the point.

In endurance training, we’re not chasing the fastest first round. We’re building the ability to maintain a sustainable effort over time.

Some athletes moved through the bike faster. Some paced the run more conservatively. Some chose to keep their heart rate under control early so they could stay consistent later.

The goal wasn’t to sprint.
The goal was repeatability.
Can you keep moving well at minute 25 the same way you did at minute 5?
Can you manage your effort instead of letting your effort manage you?

This morning’s workout challenged athletes to find that balance:
🏃 Run
🚴 Bike
📦 Step-Ups
🔥 Burpees

Thirty minutes of learning how to pace, recover, and keep showing up rep after rep.

That’s how we build a bigger engine. 💪

Shoutout to Nathally for successfully completing her Physical Assessment Test! 🚔

It all starts with a list of goals, a plan to follow, and the willingness to put in the work every single day.

The PAT is no joke:
- Two 220-yard runs
- Dragging a 150-pound sled
- Jumping over obstacles
- Climbing a 40-inch wall
- Sprinting
- Agility work around cones
- Handgun trigger pull tests

Every workout, every early morning, and every challenging session led to this moment. Proud to have been part of the journey. Well done Na!

🔥 First Barbell Club = a huge success.

Coach Tori kicked things off with a full class, leading athletes through a movement-specific warm-up, clean drills, and coaching cues before everyone worked up to a heavy 1-rep squat clean.

The best part? It wasn’t just about lifting heavier—it was about learning the why behind the movement, refining technique, and building confidence under the bar.

One of the coolest parts of crossfit is watching our athletes work incredibly hard on their goals. Coming to class regularly is the main focus, but some choose to come to Open Gym and work on their weaknesses a little bit more. Whether you are like Virginia, working on mobility, or Karen working on building her strength and "engine"...Open Gym is the best most supportive environment to make that happen!! Ask a Coach if you would like some extra programming to hit your goals!
