Turn up the heat as summer begins in our June Flash Pickleball Bash!

On Friday, June 19, from 6:00-8:30pm, Smithfield TPC is hosting a dedicated partner round robin pickleball tournament. Teams will consist of two players and can be gendered or mixed. There will be three divisions: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. (We reserve the right to change the format depending on the number of teams.)

The cost is $25 per person.

TEAM REGISTRATION
You and your partner will register as a team. When you click on “Register” you will be prompted to add a partner. When you have added a partner, click on “Finalize Registration.” Only one person per team needs to register as the partner will be registered simultaneously.

If you don't have a partner and want to play, reply to this email or contact Paolo at [email protected] and he'll try to find you a partner. The deadline to register is Tuesday, June 16 at 11:59pm. Registration is now open on the Smithfield TPC app!

June Tennis clinics are now on the calendar and available for registration. Sign up now to take full advantage of session pricing! NOTE: There will be no Junior match play during the summer, instead we are encouraging tournament play. Match play will resume in the Fall.

Academy: Intermediate (starting June 9)
Tuesday 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Thursday 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Academy: Tournament Advanced (starting June 9)
Tuesday 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Thursday 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Adult: 3.0-3.5 (starting June 5)
Friday 9:00 am - 10:30 am

Adult: Cardio (starting June 5)
Friday 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

Adult: Beginner (starting June 6)
Saturday 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Little Aces: Red Ball (starting June 6)
Saturday 9:00 am - 9:45 am

Hot Shots: Orange Ball (starting June 6)
Saturday 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Future Stars: Green Ball (starting June 6)
Saturday 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

On Cinco de Mayo, STPC's Assistant Manager Kathy Anderl officially celebrated her retirement after 25 years at Westfield/STPC! Congrats on turning old enough to be Medicare Eligible ;)

Yummy food was brought by all, with a Cinco de Mayo playlist and great organization done by Jeanne and Lola for a fun and festive pickleball party! Check the comments for an extra special video of General Manager Rusty imitating Kathy on court!
