Directly from the Division that Kathy Rawls has apparently retired as of Aug. 1st and Mike Loeffler has stepped in as Interim Director... Hmmm.. convenient timing you say? Wonder why it wasn't formally announced... Check out Bill's videos on the matters pertaining to the ruling against NCDMF on his link above. He does a good job breaking the judges ruling down.
