Attention (9/3) - Unfortunately, the weather has not been on our side today. Out of an abundance of caution and in accordance with our heat/weather policies, all outdoor activities have been cancelled for today.

Block 5 Gymnastics (September 14th-October 30th) registration will begin on Friday September 4th at 8:00am. If you are currently registered for Block 4 classes that DOES NOT guarantee you a spot for Block 5. You must have registered and prepaid in full for the class. Classes fill up quick. Attention: Thursday 8/20 - Due to the heat advisory and out of an abundance of caution, all T-ball practices have been canceled for today.

Also, all other outdoor activities have been pushed back to 7:00p.

Due to the Wet Bulb Globe Temp rising above our heat and humidity policy threshold (92), the start of practice for tonight will be delayed until 7:00p. If at that point the WBGT is still above 92, practices will be cancelled,
• If it falls within the 90 – 92 range, practices will be limited to one hour with no equipment and water breaks taking place every 10 minutes.
• If it falls within the 87 – 90 range, it will be helmets only and water breaks every 15 minutes.

• You’ll want to look at the Perry Weather app and reference that WBGT number

Throughout the year, the Carroll County Recreation Department offers a number of sports and camps that allow our youngest citizens to learn everything from the fundamentals of their favorite sport to what it really means to be a part of a team.
