Everybody wants to blame their hormones before they look at their habits.

I get it, TRT sounds easier than fixing your training and your food.

But most guys I talk to haven't trained consistently in years, and they have no real idea what they're eating.

You can't out supplement a body that has no muscle to protect and no real fuel going in.

Fix the foundation first. Build a program you can actually stick to with your schedule. Learn how to eat enough of the right stuff.

Then see where your levels land.

I've watched men over 40 and 50 drop 20, 30, 40+ lbs and put on real muscle mass just by getting consistent and eating like a man should. No shots required.

Fit guys don't diet. We just don't to feel and look like crap.

That's the whole thing nobody wants to hear. There's no 30 day fix, no meal plan you white knuckle until vacation. Just small habits, repeated daily, until they're not habits anymore. They're just who you are.
