This one will get you breathing heavy without wrecking your body.

4 rounds. One dumbbell, kettlebell or both.

50 lateral hops
16 alternating single-leg deadlifts
12 single-arm thrusters (6 each arm)

Doesn’t take much time so noexcuses.

No soreness that puts you on the couch for two days.

Substitute anything you need. Hop over a dumbbell. Swap the kettlebell for a DB. One piece of equipment gets the whole job done.

Moderate to heavy weight. The reps are low on purpose.

DM "HEALTHY DADBOD" if you want to actually look like you do CrossFit.

You work out. You stay consistent. But the scale won't move.

Deep down you know why.

It's not your training. It's the other 23 hours.

You think you're eating healthy. But you don't know what's actually in your food. You can't read an ingredient label. And those late night Reese's Peanut butter cups and Little Debbies aren't helping.

Jesse came to me close to 230 pounds. Out of breath tying his shoes. Thought he was eating clean.

We looked at his salad dressing together. 25 different oils and chemicals.

Once we cleaned up his diet and got him eating the right amounts of protein, carbs, and fats his gut disappeared.

No starvation. No pills. No shots. No gimmicks.

He just never had the right nutrition plan.

You can't outtrain 23 hours of eating the wrong foods. The gym is the easy part.

I did CrossFit for 8 years and still had a dad bod.

Training 5 days a week. Always sore. Always hurting. Body breaking down piece by piece.

By 30 I felt like I was 60. Bad knees, bad shoulders, a hernia, and a bottle of Aleve I carried everywhere just to get through a workout.

I thought that was the price of being fit.

The truth? I was burning myself out in the gym and ignoring the one thing that actually mattered. My food.

Then my knee locked up on my living room floor in Hawaii. Torn meniscus. Couldn't even straighten my leg. And all I could think was, how am I gonna get down here and play with my kid one day.

That was the day everything changed.

I cut the three most inflammatory things out of my diet. Grains, seed oils, and added sugar. My joints stopped hurting. The dad bod fell off. I've held 10 to 12% body fat for 7 years since.

Follow me if you've tried the diets, done the CrossFit, and you still love to train. But you want a smarter way that fits your life and doesn't break your body down.

Health is wealth. Fitness is freedom.

Monsters aren't giving you energy. They're masking the problem.

I've been there. Red Bulls, Monsters, daily. I thought I needed them.
