Strong women showed up this morning. 💪🔥

We started our Wednesday with Strong Nation with Sharon Sussman at 8:30 a.m., pushing through every strike, squat, and beat together. After that we slowed it down with a quick CIRCL Mobility session to reset and stretch.

These women show up with discipline, commitment, and heart. Every class they get stronger, more confident, and more powerful.

And to top it off, we ended the morning with a fun boxing demonstration so everyone could get a taste of the technique and power behind the sport. 🥊
