Ready for a little more play, movement, and connection? Join me for Fairy Fitness, where JOY is the workout!

Every Saturday in August from 11 AM to 1 PM at Hidden Canyon Community Park in Carlsbad, we’ll gather to move, dance, stretch, play, and enjoy a welcoming community experience for all ages.

I’ll be bringing bubbles, ribbons, scarves, rhythm instruments, music, sensory toys, and free hugs. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, sarong, or anything comfortable to sit or lie on. You’re also welcome to bring a friend or a favorite toy to share!

This is a donation-based gathering, and I’d love to see you there.
