The Summer Athlete Group Training Schedule starts next week!
Starting next Monday, June 8th, the schedule will run as follows:
โข1pm: Mondays through Thursdays
โข4:30pm: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays

And Attention Athletes!: Always keep your goals and ambitions in mind. I know the summer is a time to have fun, but your training (just like your sport practice) should be a commitment and priority.
