Performance management is evolving.
Proud to share the launch of “Beyond Traditional Performance Management: A Comprehensive and Fresh Approach to Performance Reviews”, co-authored with Bill Rothwell, Ethan Sanders, and Rani Salman.
Started in June 2022 as an idea and completed in May 2026; four years of research, sharing experience, and hard work to come up with a book that would challenge outdated performance review systems and explore more practical, people-centered, and business-aligned approaches to managing performance in today’s organizations.
