Welcome Abi!!
Abi became a Pilates instructor after discovering the true impact of movement on overall health while studying exercise physiology in college. Although always active, it wasn’t until working at a Pilates studio during her senior year that she realized she wanted to move beyond a clinical path and pursue movement education. Pilates gave her a deeper sense of body awareness and balance. She is passionate about helping others find that same sense of peace through movement.

Abi is an ACSM certified exercise physiologist and earned her comprehensive Pilates certification. She recently moved to the Valley from the Denver area where she taught Pilates full time.

Kenly was one of Spring Pilates’ very first clients — someone who fell in love with Pilates, grew into an incredible instructor, and has been a steady, joyful presence in our community ever since. Witnessing her evolution from student, to instructor, to soon-to-be mama has been truly special. ✨
