We are happy to know that our area families are enjoying this new convenience. Members now have the additional access hours of 6am-10pm for individual and team rentals at The Dugout!

If you like a behind the scenes story, here’s a bit of ours this past year. We set intentional goals in July of 2025 for the facility. Some of them included: Transition fully independent, parting ways with a franchise we respected and operated as part of for close to 20 years, choose a new name that felt truly reflective of our home town facility and our mission, rebrand and move step by step through every detailed aspect of that change. The next big thing was a new software system- learning this system as a staff, providing online scheduling, enhancing record keeping and payment options, and overall ease for our families. Next up, install our 24/7 access system, updates to our heating/cooling to make that easier to manage, and finally offer memberships. We will continue to be a lesson focused facility, now with added convenience! We are proud of how we have navigated all of this, and it hasn’t been easy. Most good things aren’t. The support our community has shown us is immeasurable. Our Dugout team has been incredible. We are forever grateful.
