⚽️ STAFF ANNOUNCEMENT ⚽️

SEMO Elite FC is excited to announce the hiring of Rachel Jeter as our Director of Club Administration!

Rachel is certainly not new to SEMO Elite FC. Over the past 4+ years, she has been one of the club’s most dedicated volunteers, serving as an Age Group Manager for our 2014 Boys, 2017 Girls, and U18 Boys College Showcase programs. Rachel and her husband Michael truly do love our club. The love and support that they have shown made Rachel a no-brainer for this position!

During that time, Rachel has donated hundreds of hours of her personal time helping organize teams, support coaches, communicate with families, manage registrations, and ensure our players have the best possible experience.

As our club has grown to nearly 500 players and continues to expand, so have the demands of operating a first-class organization. To continue providing the level of service our families deserve, we are financially investing in the people who help make SEMO Elite FC successful.

Rachel is now joining our administrative staff in a paid role as Director of Club Administration—an investment we are making to strengthen the infrastructure of our club, improve communication and organization, and better support our players, coaches, and families for years to come.

Anyone who has worked with Rachel knows she is incredibly organized, knowledgeable, dependable, and passionate about SEMO Elite FC.

For Club President JP Sides and myself, one of the most important factors in both Rachel’s hiring and the recent hiring of Director of Coaching César Sancho Gomez was finding people who genuinely love this club and believe in our mission.

Rachel invested countless hours into SEMO Elite FC long before she ever held a paid position. Her and César both care deeply about our players, our families, our coaches, and the future of this organization.

As we continue building for the future, we remain committed to investing in people who share our values, our vision, and our passion for serving the communities of Southeast Missouri and Southern Illinois.

This summer, 459 players attended SEMO Elite FC tryouts, smashing our previous summer tryout attendance record by 96 players and representing a remarkable 26% increase over Summer 2025. 📈🚀

What’s even more impressive is that this number does not include our U15-U19 Boys College Showcase & National 1 League programs, which are expected to return approximately 130 players this season. 💪⚽️

That means SEMO Elite FC is on pace to have nearly 600 players participating across all programs during the 2026-2027 season. 🔥🙌

We are truly humbled by the support that families across Southeast Missouri and Southern Illinois continue to show SEMO Elite FC. ❤️

From Cape Girardeau and Jackson to Perryville, Ste. Genevieve, Farmington, Marble Hill, Sikeston, Dexter, Charleston, Poplar Bluff, Southern Illinois, and everything in between, families continue to invest in our vision and trust us with the development of their children. 🌎⚽️

Since our club’s formation, our belief has remained clear:
