EBH Fitness LLC Helping everyone to reach their health and fitness goals. As a retired military family we have traveled all over the world, from Texas to Europe and back.

With stops in Virginia, Hawaii, and Texas (El Paso and Dallas) Kansas, Aberdeen Proving Grounds and now retiring in El Paso. We have met so many well intentioned individuals who wanted to reach their fitness goals but either didn’t have the will or the finances to do so. So, by starting of EBH Fitness studio 5 years ago here in El Paso, or family hopes to give back to the community and help people from all walks of life to reach their fitness goals. We hope to see you at one of our session soon!

All-Star Volleyball Team 2026
What an amazing weekend for our All-Star Volleyball Team! They showed up ready to compete and truly dominated the court. Their talent, teamwork, and determination set them apart as a true superstar team.
I am incredibly proud to have had the opportunity to coach this group for the weekend. They represented with excellence and heart every step of the way.
