▪️Exercise Highlight of the Week▪️
When you injure your ankle, a lot of the “instability” that persists is because your ankle loses the ability to know where it is in space… otherwise known as proprioception‼️
To address this in rehab, the answer IS NOT balancing on a foam pad.. rather we want to remove vision to force the body to use the available proprioception and improve this ability over time 🔥
